Multi-WAN Link Support - Multiple Internet Connection

Virtually unlimited support for multiple Internet connections. Limited physically by onboard NIC's or throughput capability of single NIC if using VLAN's. The NB-i-Series are capable of expanding to 10 physical GigE NIC's.

Load Balancing

Ability to cluster multiple physical WAN connections together to balance outgoing connections. Each link can be weighted to provide intelligent load balancing. Seamless routing failover and failback if a link in the cluster fails.

High Availability

Provide pure HA where a back-up link is only activated on the detection of a failure on the primary link. On detection the primary link is active the back-up link is again deactivated.

Integrated configuration

Configuration interface allows for the combination of Load Balancing with HA. Hence a cluster of links configured for load balancing and a single connection configured for absolute fallback.

High Availability Netbox VPN

When this feature is combined with the Netbox-VPN it provides HA site-to-site VPN. The Netbox VPN provides a hearbeat mechanism that detects when a link is down and will re-establish the VPN on an active link.
